Overview

A pacifist adept (Bungee) and a free spirit of man (Boo) working together to become the world's greatest thieves. They've got some small reputation in Loveland for their bold (if ultimately petty) heists, and can sometimes be seen doing odd jobs for people in the area to supplement their income. No one's quite sure why a free spirit is so loyal to the loudmouth physad, but whatever the reason the pair are inseperable. They're currently working as street level runners for NeoHaven, watching for the opportunity that's gonna launch them into the big leagues.

Notes for a GM

• Bungee is a flashy, attention seeking punk. Boo communicates primarily through whistling noises.
  • Boo can be communicated with over mind-link, but will only respond with a confusing mess of unfiltered thoughts.
• Bungee is a magic 5 pacifist adept (pacifist II) with powers focused on movement and stealth. They are a follower of horse, and can run at up to 72 meters per combat turn.
• Boo is a force 6 spirit of man with Fear and Psychokinesis. They're particularly fond of using the Accident power.

Joined at the Hip	B&B have made it this long by always watching each others' backs. They don't trust anyone but themselves, and are usually very hesitant to split up while on a job. They will only act as a pair for anyone below loyalty 4, at which point they trust the runner enough to separate if need be.

Boots on the Ground	B&B may be just a step above petty thieves, but they have a particular talent for digging up information. They get +2 to all rolls involving street level legwork.
Home Turf	B&B are Loveland born and raised. They know the place like the back of their hand, and gain +2 to all knowledge and networking checks related to its layout and people.
Shameless Thief	For all of her commitment to pacifism Bungee's a massive kleptomaniac. The pair gets +2 to active checks involving B&E and theft.
Loud and Proud	If there's one thing that the pair knows, it's how to make an impression. They gain +2 to active checks for making noise and causing distractions.
Spirit Buddies	Word gets around on the astral too. The pair enjoy a positive reputation with Puyallup's more reasonable free spirits, gaining +2 to knowledge and networking checks that involve them.
