Overview

Summary

A hard-assed and hyper efficient Ares manager working in the shadows to expand her influence. Although nominally part of the public sales division, Kazan's true role is that of a medium for off the books arms deals. A personal philosophy of psychotic social fascism means that she doesn't have a single moral qualm about her work. She will gladly sell to anyone who pays, up to and including syndicates and terrorist groups. It's all about the power; even the profits come secondary to her position within the company. Her ability to command. Thanks to an awakened spy Kazan has recently become aware of her leadership's Invae infestation, but rather than seeing a disaster she senses an opportunity. I mean, when else is she going to have an excuse to legally assassinate her direct superiors? The bugs are playing her game now, and she's yet to meet one that could beat good 'ol fashion UCASian arms.

Notes for a GM

• Kazan has the personality of a bull shark. She's aggressive, confident, and ruthlessly efficient. She demands competence and professionalism from her associates, and will make it perfectly clear when they are not living up to her standards. Her authority is backed by both her corporate influence and the mil-spec security guards that follow her around. Arms dealing's a dangerous business.
• Kazan is an open fascist, believing that the strong have absolute dominion over the weak. She doesn't discriminate based on "irrelevant factors" (metatype, awakening, etc.), but those without skills useful to her are spare blood at best. This mindset enables her to make some truly merciless decisions when the situation calls for it.

God Bless the UCAS	For all her problems with the UCAS, Kazan is still a firm believer in the citizen's right to bear arms. Ah, who are we kidding? She doesn't give a fuck if it's legal or not, just as long as you'll pay. +2 to all gear rolls to acquire forbidden gear.
Cogs in the Machine	Kazan loves her brainware, and loves having cybered up security even more. While she can't give delta clinic access (yet) she's got just about everything else. +2 to all gear rolls made to acquire cyberware and bioware.
