Overview

Mateo is a member of the Blood Panthers, Aztechnology's division of infected commandos. A less publicized side of Aztlan is the acceptance and sometimes even veneration of vampires, blessed ones who steal the strength and blood of their foes. Mateo has come to Seattle to cultivate a network of infected runners, both to use their skills to advance his company and to educate his kind about the benefits of working for Aztechnology. In the long run, he hopes to build inroads into the infected community, to cement Aztechnology as a benefactor for the many wayward infected trying to survive. While his interest of course is not entirely benign, he believes that something of a symbiotic relationship can be created, and is eager to start finding talent.
