Enigmatic Exposition	Enigma speaks Apsáalooke, the language spoken by the Cascade Crow tribe of Native Americans. Unfortunately, it only speaks a bizarre variation of it that has the Enigma cipher applied to it. As a result, communicating with Enigma requires not only the linguasoft or learned language of Apsáalooke, one must also have ready access to the Enigma cipher.
