Overview

Chantale Dutreil climbed through the ranks of MET2K in quick fashion, one could think it's because she is gifted, truth is she is a really good blackmailer and had an affair with a lot of officer who succumbed to her charm. Now second in comand of the SOX borders force, she try to find a way to finally get promoted to the rank of Colonel and maybe to finally get away from the hellscape one way or another. While not opposed to do buisness with runners she will usually do so in exchange of favors.

Favors only	You want a service from Chantal ? Good that will always cost a chip, you can take as many chip as you want until her loyalty reach 0 at this point, she'll ask a favor right off the bat in exchange of her service.
Border Crossing	Need to get inside the SOX, that's the basic thing she can offer, with her position she can make people go in and out without any search going. Just don't get trail by corporation security forces...
Military Supplies	Want some surplus gear, Chantal has access to extensive stockpile due to the position of her unit.
Battalion Frontalier	As the second in command of the Battalion Chantal has nearly unlimited access there, nothing is out of her reach she can even negotiate an appointement with the Colonel if a team need it.
The Viper	Chantal use her charm to get in the bed of some influential individual that's how she climbed up to the top, she is not ashamed by that fact and well...She has a lot of blackmail material.
Sturdy Patrol Vehicle.	The Roadmaster is sometines not enough in the SOX as such the MET2K have bigger vehicle and well maybe one of them could disappear?
Mercenary Connection	Due to her rank, Chantal have contact in many mercenary group and company. Labelled or not by the IMA, she don't really care, always good to know some friends of the trades.
Corporation Connection	Chantal has connection with the many corporation working close to MET2K in term of armament and vehicles. Of course she has some entry to Saeder Krupp, dangerous favors to call though.
Lay of the Land	Throughout the years, Chantal ended up learning a lot about the SOX tribes and settlements, she can help a lot regarding those things.
Tactical Mindset	She can help provide strategic counsel on a job. This isn't personally getting involved, just giving advice from a strategic and tactical viewpoint on things like assaulting blacksites, convoys, defending areas, et cetera.
SOX Necessity	The harsh condition of the SOX require special suit of armor, as such Chantale is able to provide very specific modification of armor or even full suit of specialised one.
