Overview

Owning an all-girls resort outside Noboribetsu, Liudmila is a brilliant business woman, masseuse, and smuggler. People, medicine, drugs, all of which need to get places, and a resort town in Snowy Hokkaido is an easy place to make people disappear and appear. And when people go from point a to b, they often need ground work for a new life. It's worth noting though, that all this wealth goes somewhere, and Liudmila only really tells those who are equally in the know.

If you are not Red or Vladivostok Vory, she will not let you in on who helped her get set up - or who she funnels money to. Gotta love the money laundering business.

Working So Many Jobs at Once	Services may take longer. Every time the Contact provides a service, roll 1D6. The normal amount of time that it would take to provide the service is multiplied by the resulting number.
A busy hokkaido woman	Between 10am and 10pm Hokkaido time, Liudmila is unavailable to answer your comm call. You could always head over, or wait a while and see if she calls you back on break. And don't forget, she has to sleep too.
Export Sinner	Sometimes you need a SIN - and sometimes you're outside of the JIS. +2 to getting sins (and licenses) not aligned with japanocorps or the JIS
Expert Sinner	Regardless of where you are, if you want quality Liudmila can get you sorted. +2 to acquire sins or licenses of rating 5 or 6.
An pro in relaxation	Drugs? Recreationally? By all means! +2 to acquire drugs not conventionally seen as combat stims!
I own a resort - I can help	While she does primarily operate an all-girls resort, she can still offer you aid with getting a safehouse in a pinch - provided you're in japan.
It's a girls club though.	Liudmila can just have you stay at one of the quiet rooms at her resort, if you meet the criteria in your presentation. Can't go disturbing the public anyway. (You can get a place to rest if your loyalty is 3, and you don't bring heat to the resort - do avoid bothering the guests, please.)

Just about anywhere if needed	Deliveries from Japan to anywhere in the world could be arranged if you've got the time. If the multiplier of 'so many jobs at once' is 5x or greater, you can get a +2 to any tests involving gear acquisition or smuggling.
Delays are compensated	On a 6x multiplier from 'so many jobs at once,' gain a further +2 on smuggling or gear tests.
The Vory are a friend of the Bratva	If trying to network with a Red Vory or Bratva contact through Liudmila, get a +2 to the test
