An overworked woman looking to do good by the people. She's a medic, and a decker, but overall she is a face.

Background

Growing Up Hailey grew up amongst a fairly normal family unit. Despite what should have been a happy childhood, Hailey never quite made it with the others she grew up with. Being a dryad in the city, she wasn't really able to get away from it all, DocWagon mandating that she be kept close due to her unique advantages given to her by her SURGE.

Young Adult Hailey had met a woman who she fell deeply in love with. White hair, elf tipped ears, and a smile that captivated her as the two went through school together. Elaine Falkner was a neurosurgeon that she had gone to school with, but after the bombing in Denver a year or so ago Elaine was critically injured and Hailey had lost her arm. Her recovery was slow, but as Hailey got better, Elaine was found to be intolerant to ware. She had received a number of cybernetics as ordained by the company. They tried to fix her, but unfortunately her body kept rejecting all of the cloned organs faster than they could be grown. Hailey had begun research into this, trying to find ways to help her get better. Though as time went on, and Elaine kept getting worse and worse. Immunosuppressants not being an option in their line of work, Elaine simply tried to live out the rest of her life while she still had the time.

Adult Life Hailey and Elaine had gotten engaged, but as Elaine's health continually degraded, a promise was made. Hailey wouldn't let DocWagon consume her, and would try her best to help the people around her. Not to let the corporate life style strip her of who Elaine knew she was. This proceeded her death, where Hailey took her primitive prosthetic as a memento to carry with her. Embedded in it's ring finger was an ornate ring with a ruby affixed to it. Though, Hailey's life wouldn't slow down from there. No matter how much she wished it would.

She had been brought up into DocWagon's Trauma Team coordinating role. Heading operations with her charisma, she quickly found herself in the limelight alongside a select few others as head operators. Her interesting looks, tragic background, a dryad's charisma, and humanitarian work thrust her quickly to the front of new articles and DocWagon's front pages. Where she would be asked to do talks on their behalf, and to perform with her uncanny ability to play the piano with a non-cybernetic prosthetic. A golden child of DocWagon's she remained in her work, doing investigative work, and leveraging her public image to get into places and help people where people would normally be turned away.

Life Before Running Things took a turn for the worse. Her house burned down, and while the criminals who did it are still at large, she currently lives out of her office. Feeling horrible, and looking disheveled, she reached further into the shadows looking to support herself. After putting all of her liquid capital into what she has on her back, and living out of her office inside of a DocWagon staging area it is safe to say she isn't in the best of places. Though, having graduated from simply corporate fame, she remains overworked, tired, and doing her best despite everything.

Appearance

Hailey looks like a woman taken from a painting and kept up for 48 hours straight. Lightly tanned skin, deep brown hair, a primitive prosthetic that gleams with golden highlights. Her limbs and around her eyes her skin turns to a golden hue, her eyes a deep glowing purple.

She never looks good in just about anything she wears, like the clothes fade away in the eye bags and unerring grace she displays.

Usually seen in light casual clothing, though when on runs she wears a thick globe trotter jacket with a bunch of AR iconography of the Black Winged Hussars, a DocWagon trauma team that has gotten a ton of press recently. Their logo even being displayed along side most of their
