Overview
As the definition of 'employee' has expanded, so has the range of what HR covers. Connor is a mid level bureaucrat in the Digital Resources(DR) division of Renraku North America. Renraku has emerged as a leading employer of digital and artificial intelligences amongst the Big 10, integrating them in many aspects of the company. As part of that initiative, a separate administrative branch from HR was created to manage and oversee them.
GM Notes
- Connor serves as a fixer primarily for AI's under his purview, that he assigns to tasks. Some of these tasks, ones outside of normal company workspaces, are legitimate corporate business, but many are not. It's an easy way to get kickbacks for him. For non-AIs, he can potentially assign jobs if the context is right, but more works just as a networker.
