Overview
Psychonoise was a pretty good street doc even before she got infected. After, however... well, she retained most of her know-how, surprisingly, but even after being told that there is a cure, she doesn't feel like taking it. If anything, she's taken steps to prevent anyone from stuffing the required nanites into her. The new double personality that has emerged -- apparently dead twins from the 2050's -- claim that it... she... they are more efficient than ever with this arrangement. Due to her constant connection to the host of her little boutique, even during surgery, the operating theater can be filled with unintelligible white noise and screeching from the PA system, hence her current nickname.
