Overview

An augged up corporate asset that fell through the cracks. Happy was raised right, in the vice-grip of EVO's intelligence division. He was a good son, a good soldier, and has a few years experience in corporate espionage. In his last few years, he's planned his greatest conspiracy yet-- fabricating mission objectives and embezzling funds and equipment from his mother corp. His handler is in deep for his own out-of-line behaviors, tongue tied by Happy's ever-expanding file on his 'relationship' with S-K.

As of late, he's taken to grabbing company trucks for his own resupply, and is finding a lucrative income stream dealing these items back to the shadows of Seattle.

Hard to Reach	Happy leads not a double, but a triple life, he keeps an old-school planner overstuffed with colorful tabs to keep it all straight. Always make an Availability Test for this Contact with their Connection +3 than normal.
Cautious	One ill-tempered customer could burn his entire life to the ground. Happy is sociable, but extremely cognizant of any poor reputation of those in his clientele. Notoriety has a double penalty when dealing with him: subtract twice the runner's Notoriety from any check he is asked to do.
Aloof	Runners are dangerous people. The nuyen is worth the danger, but fraternization isn't part of the job description. Happy is outwardly friendly, but cold and calculating underneath the surface. This contact's Loyalty cannot be raised manually. The maximum loyalty upon purchase or reward of this contact is 2. Loyalty can only be raised 1 at a time, and each raising requires the character to first complete a run on their behalf.

He loved her more than plunder	The orders from the shadows don't often concern themselves with readily accessible equipment. The treasures these people want are the banned, the dangerous, the experimental. Happy gains a +2 on tests relating to items of restricted or forbidden availability.
And shewed her many a scar, sir	The backbone of his operation for years, Happy does believe in the transformative power of body augmentation. God gave us our flesh, but we can choose our own pieces, create a vessel truer to ourselves. Happy gains a +2 on tests relating to augmentations.
The freedom man was born to	Heavier surgeries are dangerous to one's image. The cleanest and safest route is always that of the 'wetware'. Happy gains a +2 on tests relating to bioware.
Like Eden, fruitful of its own accord	With some advance notice, Happy is more than willing to slip some of your DNA into a production line. This is a little risky, but a service few other smugglers can provide. Happy gains a +2 on tests relating to culture bioware.
Frail flesh gave way	The more advanced clinics come with better security, this means that the primary source for Happy's equipment is the middle of the road. Mid quality clinics with surplus, augs ripped out of big time corpos for upgrades, that sort of thing. Deltaware is something of a pipe dream. Happy gains a +2 on tests relating to augmentations of standard or used grade.
We who remain	With his sleeker bioware, Happy is a lot less imposing than your bargain bin cyber-psycho. This is a great boon in many cases, but taking gunfire is not one of those. To compensate, he has a line to the HTR armory for the local EVO branch, and prioritizes protection over offense. Happy gains a +2 on tests relating to armor.
The first-fruit offering	The premiere offering in any armorer (or thief who victimizes one) are the air-tight pieces of savvy runners everywhere. Neurotoxin never felt so safe. Happy gains a +2 on tests relating to any armors that are chemsealable.
