Casual - Blue wears a leather sports jacket of the Seattle Screamers along with his BDUs and combat boots. He keeps a low profile by wearing a plain blue hat and sunglasses.
Combat - The same BDUs and combat boots he wears in public. Over that he wears his custom made full-body armor that is similar in design to what public pictures of the FBI's ERT uses.
