Manuel "Litigation Jackson" Jackson is part of SpinGlobal's Seattle Legal Action Squad. Inspired by the Ace Attorney franchise, he dresses in eccentric, fancy suits and is known to shout things such as "HOLD IT!" or "OBJECTION!" during negotiations.
The mysterious user known only as "c1ph3r" is a frequent poster on the [[X-ACT]] message boards. Not much is known about him, other than that he is male and has a penchant for cyberpunk fantasy media. Unlike most X-ACT users, he actually owns a cyberdeck, and he occasionally stumbles on important leads, at which point he realizes his skills aren't enough, and he hires a team of shadowrunners. Such leads resulted in the discoveries of [[Mirage Island]] and [[Cabinet Man]], though he didn't get credit for the former because [[The Secret of Mirage Island|no one believed him]]. He has a bit of a following now thanks to Cabinet Man, but not terribly much.
