Overview
There are few positions better suited to sociopaths than hospital administration. Dr. Davies rules the billing department like a despotic feudal lord, abusing his underlings and coercing his patients to make himself filthy rich. Originally his side hustle was providing medical care to shadowrunners, but with an endless supply of broke, desperate people, he decided to start supplying the shadowrunners themselves. He's a petty, vain, despicable leech, and there are rumors that he's in with the 162's. For some, though, he's the best option they've got.
