Overview
A technomancer with a cool head and a tender voice Handraniel is both the gatekeeper to those meeting The Heavenly Host and those of The Heavenly Host meeting from the outside. He is very calm and collected and does not like to start arguments. He is very protective of The Heavenly Host's location both inside the matrix and especially in the meat. He does not like to talk about his past or the future preferring to speak on what is going on in the moment.
GM Notes on running Handraniel.
He is a very powerful technomancer, at the same level of strength nearly to Azazel. He only ever uses his resonance powers unless he is explicatly attacked or The Host threatened. OTherwise he will always be kind, forgiving, and respectful to runners. He is even willing to give runners slight bonuses if they give him respect in kind.
