Overview

Henri Ménard is an old timer, he has been in the smuggling buisness for years, at first as a mage helping on the ground, now he is managing some activity due to his age and the family he formed.

He know a few way inside the SOX and offer the service to get inside to many runners and other peoples in need of getting there. Though he will run the usual check up on the background of any peoples that would cross the border on their behalf.

In and Out	Henri Ménard main work is to get peoples inside the SOX and to get them out when they need to. That's the main service he provide and it's not coming cheap.
Basic Package	Need radiation shielding, spare gas mask filter or supplies to trade in the SOX cause you forgot that those peoples don't use nuyens...Well Henri Ménard can get you all of this. (No need to check for avail but price is up to 150% of the base price)
Charognard's Connection	The Charognards aren't smuglling only in the SOX, Henri Ménard does, though he can still get in contact with other ring of the organisation if you need gear to be smuggled in France and neighboring country.
French Fake SIN Update	France and especially Marianne runs deeper matrix search on any SIN which require some tailoring to be made on the SIN to avoid trouble even with Rating 6, Ménard can offer such service for the right price.
