Overview

Traditionally, practitioners of Black Magic don’t like to share what they know, and they especially don’t like to advertise it if they do. A notable exception is Juliette Burns. She’s based out of Montreal, and a few years ago she put up a post on the Matrix saying she was looking for students. Most Black Mages are wary of those who advertise their commitment to the Black Arts, but Juliette is nothing if not a creature of hedonistic, social habits. She seems to have gathered quite a cadre of fairly competent mages into her expanding social circle in recent years, making her a very dangerous, very well connected magus indeed.

Famous for attending (and more often, crashing) the most lavish society and corporate parties, relying on her charm, her beauty, good looks and affinity for manipulation magics to ensure she receives a warm reception. Over the last few years, she has managed to acquire quite the reputation as a party guest welcomed by only the most daring and Avant garde of hosts. Her well-earned notoriety ensuring her popularity as a guest guaranteed to add "spice" to any otherwise mundane or routine event in anyone's social season.
