Overview
Lynne is in North America looking into the regional radical reagents and paracritters. Might as well make some cash while she's at it. She doesn't care too much if what she sells is illegal, but she doesn't sell anything associated with blood magic. She often goes out into the wilderness, usually with a runner team, to get some rarer reagents herself, with her own two hands. She used to go alone, until a few too many close calls, and now she's more careful.
She lives in Puyallup for 2 reasons
1) Growing up in the Outback means this place isn't that scary
2) The name sounds like it should be a place in Australia, and helps ease her homesickness a little
