Summary
In order to spread their wings, Ghostwire (Contact) decides to make a deal with a clinic in the Genqo Arcoblok - THE SPIRE, however the deal slips outside of his scope and he's forced by some less than reputable folks to hire runners and clean up a mess he made. His pride gets in the way and causes problems, including of which is releasing two vampires and a drake into seattle.
Background
Genqo Pharmaceuticals purchased long ago an arcology that they turned into a giant, self sustaining factory and research institute. part of that includes the Arcoblok's RED district, a portion of the arcology that has been over time turned into a large slum. Runners are called into the Arcoblok by Ghostwire, who is being strong armed into finding a way out for Celicy Vist and Ui Koori, her drake compatriot.
