Overview
When you're in need of knowledge or want to use free Matrix, the Seattle Public Library is a trove of books, trideos, and information. But like many things in the Sixth World, things are never what they seem.
Usually at the front desk or shelving books, Mrs. Frost is the head librarian of the Seattle Public Library. To SINners, Mrs. Frost is a kind, gentle old lady whose wisdom spans probably all the way to the Fifth World. To the SINless, Mrs. Frost is stern, powerful elder who knows just about anything that goes on in the Shadows. As a Fixer, Mrs. Frost has worked with many Shadowrunners, and few prove to impress her.
If you're at the library to borrow the newest action flick on Trideo, see her on the upper floors. But if you've been called to see her about a job, you'll meet her at her office in the archives downstairs.
When Mrs. Frost has a job for you, you'll get a message saying that she's reserved a book for you. It'd be wise to pay her a visit if you manage to get the invitation; perhaps you can melt her old, cold heart. And don't forget to pay your overdue fees; it's easy to get lost in the Seattle Public Library.
