Overview
Scrap's a fence who specializes in electronic devices. They're not the best at getting stuff but they can always sell whatever you bring them, and give you a pretty good price while they're at it. They're a generally upbeat kind of person, and is always happy to hear from friends. They normally have something else on their mind though that pops up when people call so you has to get them on the right track before you can get what you need done.
