Summary
Tempest goes full avenging valkyrie on an Alamos meeting and kidnaps the top brass to feed to The Queen of Winter
Background
Tempest needs some souls to repay a certain Fae Queen with, and a certain individual wants Alamos bigwigs dealt with.
The Meet
After going on a walk outside of the StarKaf for some privacy, CIA Bill laid out the request to Tempest - that the Alamos cell leaders at an upcoming meeting (a handoff of weapons and explosives with some smugglers) be dealt with, and given, ah, special treatment rather than a quick death. (Politely not mentioning the knowledge of Tempest's vampirism.) Tempest negotiated to return the money in favour of redirecting the members to 'a contact of hers in need of research subjects' - actually the Queen of Winter.
The Plan
Given the information she had, Tempest started poking around for members going to the Alamos meeting. Finding one older man, she tracked him down to a bar, using drugged lipstick, laes and mind probe to extract information, before dousing him in cheap whiskey and using some mouthwash.
She found vague information of the location, but waking up in an alleyway was rather suspicious, so he called in a seer. Tempest tracked this seer down shortly thereafter, an attempted seduction foiled by the fact that she was straight, and after the seer stalled for time in further negotiations, Tempest knocked her out with a spell and used her 'ware and speed to rapidly turn both invisible and hide, before quietly driving away.
With mind probing the seer and information from a CIA mole in Alamos, Tempest had the meeting time and location - 7pm in a Puyallup lava tube.
The Run
Arriving an hour after the start of the meet to give all the bigwigs time to arrive, Tempest, wearing full armour, ran in like an avenging valkyrie past the truck carrying the explosives, taking out the initial guards with mana spells before rushing deeper into the complex, using immense waves of force to knock the bigwigs unconscious, using the strongest blast she could throw on the one she had drugged via kiss out of spite.
With the remaining guards fleeing and using viewports to throw magic from the retreating truck at her, Tempest destroyed the truck (and set off its cargo) with a lightning bolt, accidentally killing the CIA mole in the process, and then went back to carry away the bigwigs, stuffing them awkwardly into the back of her hearse.
Aftermath
Seven undamaged souls were given to the Queen of Winter, anointed with runes and left by water. Thus is the first payment of the debt completed.
