Overview
Bill Cooper has been with the Agency for nearly 30 years, and he's well-known and well-liked in the intelligence community. He usually tries to stay clear of shadowrunners, but he might make exceptions as a favor to a friend. He'll expect payment or favor for the Agency in return, though. His main areas of expertise are the Intelligence community, military intelligence, and general spy operations. Occasionally, he also has a line on surplus espionage and covert entry gear that the agency was going to phase out anyway.
Bill is business-like and not big on chit-chat.
