Carl always have a medic on hand and is willing to use it to help a runner from bleeding out.
He uses a old Van to get around Seattle
He speaks mostly in Spanish, with somewhat bad English
Carl dislike the need to kill people and if force to fight, will use nerve strike

Carl somehow got himself into a local community College and got a degree in the medical field. and this lead to his English improving.
