Overview

IMPORTANT! Runs using Dante Passini, Alessio, Kharon, or any named NPC requires a Run Proposal. Runs that are simply placed at the Inferno, even on a private level by a run's Johnson, however, do not. GMs may give out named NPCs as a result of a Prime Run. These contacts are private to those runners and are subject to Thematics approval as per our GM rules involving Canon Characters. Happy gaming!

Head of Security for Dante's Inferno, the taciturn Orc doesn't share his boss's biases against infected; instead, he just hates everyone equally. Generally unflappable and wholly capable, Kharon makes a point of only getting involved when something escalates past the point at which his security can reasonably handle it; however, once he does get involved, the problem gets resolved quickly. If the offender is lucky, or the offense minor, they get dragged up and out of Dante's, thrown rather unceremoniously out the front door on the roof. A second time turns into a ban from the club.

For those whose violations are more egregious, they get dragged down to Hell; Kharon is more than willing to ferry them to their final destinaton, though no one knows exactly what happens once the massive Orc drags someone down that final flight of stairs....

GM Notes

• No amount of bribery or cajoling will get Kharon to betray the club.
• Incredibly taciturn, Kharon is a 'listen more than he speaks' person and prefers to answer in as monosyllabic a manner as possible.
• He is, however, surprisingly educated. Still waters run deep.
• Should the need arise, he has no problem using his sheer physical size to send a message where words do not suffice.

"No."	Kharon will not betray the Inferno for any amount of bribery or cajoling. He is immediately opposed to any action that puts the club, Alessio, or Dante, at risk.
"Yes."	If the runners are actively working against someone who is trying to harm the club or its owners, Kharon is all the more in favor. +2 to Service Rolls defending Dante's Inferno, Dante Passini, Alessio, or any employee.
"Hm."	Despite his taciturn state, Kharon is surprisingly well educated. +2 to Service Rolls related to doing research or gaining knowledge.
"Out."	The list of people that Kharon has kicked out of Dante's Inferno is longer than the list of people he hasn't. As such, he has a bit of a 'way' with them, having handed them their metaphorical ass in the past. +2 to Service Rolls vs. People on the Ban list, Infected, anyone who's been kicked out at least once, etc.
Burnout	Kharon has extensive cyberware and bioware and has made a point of knowing how his gear works. +2 to Service Rolls regarding repairing cyberware or the like.
Master of the Mystic Arts	As a Mystic Adept, Kharon has extensive experience with magic and knows a number of hard-hitting combat spells. +2 to Service Rolls regarding magic.
Barehanded Adept	Even beyond his size, Kharon is a master of martial arts as well, often preferring to use his adept powers to increase that capability extensively. +2 to Unarmed, Grappling, Brawling, etc. Service Rolls.
