A stunning beauty, disgraced elvish noble now living by the sword. She act like if she was in a swashbuckling novel. Good at talking and always eager to defend herself in a duel with melee weapon.

Background

Born in the Tir Taingre, Alice Austin was promised to a great future, raised in a noble family, her childhood was great and her beauty was already the topic of some gossip. She was raised to be the crown jewel of her family one supposed to claim the ladder further than anyone before. In her young years that was something Alice seemed very capable of doing, she learned how to behave properly, the etiquette, the trick of the nobility. But Alice was smoldered and some of her flaw never really showed up. Her awakening wasn’t really cared about and her magic potential wasn’t really shaped, and lied dormant.

When she was in age she took her first step in the noble doing. Her flaw were picked up by a clever individual Alexander Welch, the son of long time rival of the family. Cleverly exploiting the flaw of the elf, he organized her demise. Tricked into some breach of the etiquette, Alice has to face the consequence of her action, she was stripped of her rank, her family was hit by the ricochet of that failure. Cast away by her father, she reached Seattle, with nothing more than some fancy cloth and a few thousand nuyens she scrapped from her account before it was shutdown.

Quickly ending up in the Barrens due to her spending too much night in a fancy hotel rather than a cheaper one, Alice had to face the harsh rules of the street, in all those set back she got a string of good luck. As she was about to get beat up by some gangers, a man showed up Camilo Carranza, he litteraly took a bet with the women life, stating that one ganger will fight him, if the ganger winned they could do whatever they wanted with Alice, otherwise he would take her. Confident one of the ganger took the bet and got dispatched in a few swing of a rapier.

Carranza then took Alice under his watch, he was an old spanish fencer who embraced the practice of the Verdadera Destreza, seeing the situation of Alice he helped her, teaching her how to fight with a sword, and to help her make some money he introduced her to some people that could give her job. Alice saw the opportunity to get her revenge that way, so she decided to embrace that path fully and took the name Diestra in honor of her master in arms.

Vendetta (The noble responsible for her disgrace): Disgrace wasn’t enough, she is still wanted dead, same goes for Diestra, she want the guy dead...So there will be blood anyways.

Poor Self Control (Attention-Seeking and Braggart) : Her beauty got to her head, Diestra love to be the center of attention, and she love to brag about her prowess with a blade in hand. People are often really pissed by those outburst of megalomania...But nothing a duel can’t solve.

Appearance

Diestra don’t really go unnoticed, her face show refined feature, her clear blue dyed hair and deep blue eyes give some kind of mesmerizing aspect to her. Always wearing makeup, some discrete touch to emphasize her feature even more.

Not really tall, nor short. Seemed to be athletic and very agile. No tattoos or piercing to be seen.

Clothing

Always wearing fancy cloth. Mortimer of London seemed to be her favorite especially the one that mimic the style of old Swashbuckling novel. She always carries her rapier with her.
