Overview
Eli Running-Deer leads a smuggling operation, running weapons and armour between the Seattle-NAN border. A wanted criminal in the NAN, Eli works in association with the Ciarniello Family. He operates out of a warehouse in Snohomish, where he stores his contraband and maintains his vehicles.
Relationship with Bloodstain: Bloodstain is a long time customer of Eli, with their relationship beginning when he first arrived in Seattle. They are regular drinking buddies at the "Brass Barrel", a Mafia owned bar in Snohomish.
