Overview
A former mercernary, Eli Running-Deer now leads a smuggling operation, running weapons and armour between the Seattle-NAN border. Eli operates out of a warehouse in Snohomish, where he stores his contraband and maintains his vehicles.
Relationship with Yang: Bloodstain and Eli first crossed paths during their mercenary days, both hired for a high-stakes campaign in the Caribbean League. When the campaign ended, Eli decided it was time to leave the mercenary life behind, using his logistics expertise to build a smuggling operation along the NAN-Seattle border. Despite their divergent paths, the two stayed in touch.
