Overview
The fae is a being of two worlds. She is a fae who came in during a manaspike and made a pact with a vertically challenge adult name Elizabeth. The being formed a mixture of a vessel pact and dream pact. One could call it "The Waking Dream" as it were. Using this pact and the girl with now unaging immortality, she personally tutored her into being a very good magician, if not reclusive like her master. The two are practically in the same and share thoughts. Elizabeth is the person who can go into public and make decisions among mortals, but the Fae sharing the same temporary name will always be in the astral nearby. Her true astral form is that of a matronly tall Elven woman with golden hair that seems to fade into the ether. Often on the elaborate matronly gown she is wearing that is covered in flowers and active art are small red strings tied into her outfit that seem to disappear into the ether as well.

"What's a few more years?" | As a Fae, Elizabeth views time differently than humans do. She has no problem letting her operations take the time they need, preferring never to rush. This means that her services may take longer to arrive, at the discretion of the GM. Rushing things will often require sufficient leverage. |
"Do not fail me again." | Has a very dim view on those incapable of serving her. Upon failing to meet her requests, perform a loyalty test. Failure with the test means that loyalty will be reduced by 1. |
"I am she who can control the String" | Elizabeth is a powerful high force free spirit with several decades above normal spirits, having had plenty of time to earn Karma in this plane. With her foci, knowledges of the real world, she can use her free spirit powers to tug the lines of fate in her favor by offering short term boons through her magics. |
"You are safe here." | To those who are loyal to her, Elizabeth may shelter them in her home. She resides in a mansion that has a high force background count. On top of being warded heavily with multiple layers of obfuscation and protection. None may enter her domain without her knowing. |
"Fetch me my tools." | Elizabeth is a skilled artificer who has the ability to make good foci. |
"Such little toys, I do grow fond of them." | With her favorite servants she will often be willing to go out of her way to help if the player can make a good case. Loyalty is rewarded after all and she does treasure good servants. After reaching Loyalty 3, Elizabeth will be much more likely to go farther for people trying to reach her. |
"Keep me out of your petty engagements, I am to tend to my own affairs." | Elizabeth does not get involved with the politics of Fae. Having moved here to this plane permanently to reside amongst the mortal masses. She views the games of power and courtly politics as a zero sum game with no clear winner. She has kept her business private and very few fae in Seattle would know she stays here. She knows much about the fae, but will otherwise not perform active checks outside her domain when involving other fae. |
"Let me into your mind, so that I may open your fate." | As a powerful full mage, Elizabeth is quite keen on augury and mind magic. She may alter your memory or make you forget her entirely if you displease her. Generally though she may remove unpleasant memories for those who ask. Getting them back is another thing though. |
"I shall cast you into the great wheel." | Elizabeth has the ability to open a full astral rift at will. Able to transport physical people and various material goods across the planes. |
