Overview

Honnie "Hun" Rogan is just another SINless in Puyallup, but she dreams big. As many in her situation, she lives on a fake SIN, doing reasonably well for herself as a private eye. No, she's not skilled at it - it's a way to earn a living. She does relish action flicks - the less realistic, the better - and has her moments of brilliance. However, the fact her best friend became infected defending her from a loup-garou they were tracking down weighs heavy on her. It prompted expanding into the less-than-legal gigs as a nascent fixer. Time will tell if she turns darker as well.

Of the People	She will not knowingly aid anyone going against her neighbors, including those in local gangs or syndicates.
Rambling Study	Hun gets excited about most of her cases and will talk your ear off at any opportunity. When contacting her, the GM secretly rolls a D6. If they roll a 1, she gets lost in the weeds and will ramble for hours if not stopped with a Negotiation (3) or Intimidation (3) test.
Iterative Collaboration	While quite excited to work with runners, she tends to view interactions less as straightforward requests and more as a group collaboration. If not carefully checked, the task or idea asked of her might "evolve" in a direction that she feels is either more effective, interesting or profound. Sometimes she even remembers to call back to update the team without needing to be called back.
Puyallup Person	Hun knows who's who and how to get along in the southern barrens. Knowledge tests related to the area or the locals like Gangs, Syndicates, Underworld, Area Knowledge or Sprawl Life pertaining to Puyallup are at +2. She can hope to direct you to a local if you ask as well.
Local Underworld	Due to her having lived all her life in Puyallup, she has an easier time networking with local gangs like the Ancients, the Chulos or the Spikes, as well as local syndicates like the Finnigans or the Kenran-kai.
Little Pond, Little Fish	She is in her element chasing crime... Fine, trying to. Hun's hard-working, memorizes her stuff (with a little help from ware) and can access the Puyallup KE precinct database in her cases through some of her contacts there. Knowledge tests related to what she investigates at a time (GM discretion) are made at +2.
Private Eye	Yes, she hasn't worked outside of Puyallup, but she's damn dedicated to her little pond. When on a private eye job, one related to claiming a bounty or another such errand, she receives +2.
Minor Magicks	She's mundane, yes, but she knows people in Puyallup who aren't. She's friendly with them and able to network with local talismongers, wizgangers etc. better than someone else, meaning new contacts and magical gear. Knowledge tests related to what happens in the district, mojo-wise, like the paracritter or infected situation as well as magic-adjacent underworld dealings (GM discretion) are also at +2.
