Really attached to his rifle. Really good at any range you can reasonably expect from someone who isn't a sniper. Got daddy issues.

Make a good impression on Bolt and join West Coast Monolith, though he doesn't know yet that he's being scouted for that group.

Background

Jack O'Hare was born the 3rd son of 4 children as well as the youngest. He followed his brothers and father into the military at age 19 but chaffed against the strict training, pointless parade drills, and overall authority. He, soon after finishing his first tour, joined up with a PMC group operating in China, where he met Beary Grills. Beary was a quartermaster and often lamented at the Company's shoestring budget and corner-cutting in the name of saving a penny. It went as far as providing the squad Jack was a part of with nothing but AK-97s and grenades. Of course, Jack was meant to be a designated marksman. Jack didn't mind though, he spent his paycheques on new parts for his rifle and constantly got the armourers to add the bits to "Morrigan", the name of his rifle in honour of his mother. He got close to the people in his Company, but he lacked the excitement he heard in the stories of his father, retired Warrant Officer Sean O'Hare. After being cut from the company to save costs and not wanting to return to Tír na nÓg he made his way to Seattle, hoping to do... Something. Really he chose the enclave of the UCAS because his old friend Beary moved there long ago. They got to working together and one thing lead to another and Jack became J4ck R4bbit, taking simple jobs, collecting small bounties, and getting just enough attention to get on Bolt's radar. With a network building and a need to prove himself, both to Bolt but also to himself, he's started running the Seattle shadows.
