Overview

Cdr. Jackson Lee was originally a pilot for the CAS Navy. He was grounded after a nasty wreck over iceland moving cargo into Russia.

After his recovery he took a liking to submarines. He transitioned to the submarine service soon after. He served for 24 years at the helm of nearly every class in their inventory. His most memorable tour of duty was on the CSS Virginia II. He was present when she was in Everette.

A little known mission of the CSS Virginia II was also as a SEAL delivery vehicle. Due to the extremely sensitive nature of the missions, Jackson served multiple tours on the boat. He met quite a few people and has seen quite a few things.

When he retired from the Navy, he decided to freelance. He started an underwater salvage company and moved out to Seattle. He heard Seattle was the place to be for all kinds of freelance work, and even some less than legal operations. He looks forward to working there.

He inevitably ran in to Shadowrunners. He expected this, and offers services in the shadows, utilizing some of his old Navy contacts.

GM tips

• He is pretty carefree. He isn't afraid of KE or the UCAS, and will generally bend most rules to help his Runner friends.
• He still has high connections in the CAS Navy. Not enough to really keep him from getting into trouble, but enough to make KE possibly reconsider hassling him with small things.
• His smuggling connections are almost exclusively Navy and Air Force. Overland smuggling is a bit tougher for him and should be more difficult and costly to procure.

CAS Veteran	Jackson retired from the CAS Navy. He doesn't have blind loyalty to them, but would prefer not to work against his home. Jackson Lee will not work against the CAS unless your loyalty is 4 or more.
Lee Salvage Co.	Jackson moved to Tacoma and opened a salvage company in the Tacoma Docks. He has a custom Vulkan Electronaut that he uses for work, and will lend his services to Runners with loyalty 3 or more.
Amateur Arms Dealer	Jackson has plenty of contacts from his days in the Navy. From ship captains, to smugglers. He can acquire almost anything. +2 to gear acquisition checks.
Smuggling Connections	Jackson has reached out to shadier places since retiring. He keeps an extensive list of known smuggling operations in and around the greater Seattle area.
Military Connections	Due to his long and prestigious Navy career he developed many professional contacts over the years. +2 for any networking check involving CAS, UCAS, or ARES military personnel.
Lee Salvage Co. Scrapyard	Lee Salvage Co. owns a sizeable yard for vehicles, equipment, and storage in the Tacoma Docks. If your loyalty is 3 or more, he will allow you to use the yard as a safehouse as long as you need.
