Overview
Obama Binka aka Jar Jar Binks is a talismonger with a sense of humor. She loves the prequel series of Star Wars and picked the most hated character to get the wtfh reaction when introduced. If you never think magic users don't have a sense of humor you would be sadly mistaken. When Ricardo called Jar Jar to help Darach to find some magical items this proved what Jar Jar needed once she figured out that Darach lost a loved one violently due to Horizon. This is something that Jar Jar knows all to well as she lost someone from a megacorp killing an innocent and saying, "Opps!!! our bad."
