Arakawa Kenzo ("The Kensei Sensei") is the former patriarch of the Arakawa clan, a yakuza group widely disliked by their peers for their comparatively open-minded membership policies, and tendency to pull on the brakes and intervene when they feel that the other gangs have gone too far. Whilst he prefers for cooler heads and diplomacy to prevail, he has no compunctions about resorting to violence in the interest of keeping the peace.
In his retirement, he has, for the most part, put down his sword, and has taken a much more holistic view of the intricate politics of crime networking. Functionally, this means he can be taken as a Sensei (Ettiquete) with the appropriate positive quality.
