Overview

Krimelin doesn't look like he's forty years old, but he insists that it is his age. More over, anyone who knows about dangerous criminals imprisoned in Everett's maxsec cells knows he was one of them. How he escaped and why it's not in the news are both very good questions, but he doesn't seem intent on answering either.

What is known is that his real name is Cairo al-Zahrani and fled Saudi-Arabia at a young age due to his albinism resulting in frequent harassment, not to mention the volatile state of the country with the New Islamic Jihad in the horizon. He didn't get the opportunity to return to his country after the crisis was over as he was mugged and beaten into a critical condition in Downtown Seattle. While he was escorted to the ER, his body flatlined for over three minutes during which he got up and murdered over forty people before being restrained by staff. Soon after, he fell unconscious again and was finally successfully resuscitated.

Later investigation proved that he bore signs of possession -- a fact that didn't stop him from being sent to prison for forty years. He broke out after only two years of incarceration in an inexplicable prison break and engaged in heavy terrorism against the UCAS, eventually being cornered and sentenced to a life sentence. After his rampage, his crimes had escalated to treason, terrorism, party to conspiracy, egregious first degree murder, mass murder and assault. The details of these crimes wasn't made public as his trial was classified, however after a decade of incarceration in solitary confinement he's back out on the streets of Seattle.

What does he want? Who knows, but for a man with no augmentations or magical ability he's proven himself capable.

Albinism	Krimelin refuses to go outdoors personally during sunny weather and will only go outside during daytime whatsoever if your loyalty is 4 or above.
Spirit Savant	Being a former vessel to a spirit, Krimelin has eldritch knowledge of the nature of visitors from the Astral. +2 on all checks involving spirits.
Demoncaller	Though he can't summon spirits, Krimelin is intimately familiar with the topic of handling and dealing with more evil entities. +2 on anything demon-related.
Go On A Trip	Krimelin can send word to a spirit that he knows to help on metaplanar quests. The spirit's helpfulness is limited, mostly directions, customs, inhabitants etc. about a single metaplane.
Let It All Burn	Need a hand with explosives? He's blown a building or fifty. He knows how to manage one now and again.
Safehouses	The guy knows how to lay low. If you pay him enough (Rating 4 Favor) he'll let you know of a good hideyhole.
