The manager at Tina’s Instrument Emporium and Pawn Shoppe (located near SE 32nd and Richards Rd). A quirky upbeat Hanuman. Her hair is dyed in different colors and she sits on the counter of the shop as customers talk to her. She doesn’t appear to be a crook, but she’s running a business here and if you want that decade old NERP, soy processor, or accordion you have to pay for it or prove it was stolen. Or come back with a warrant.
