Overview

Working his way slowly up the ranks of the Blood Brothers, Lionel Leroy has earned a reputation as the go-to guy for drugs, arms, and even magical accessories. While the dusky, patchy-bearded man doesn't have the high-up connections that a real veteran of the game might, his easygoing nature and poker hobby give him access to lots of other criminals who can help him 'requisition' the tools the Blood Brothers need. If you pay him right and he likes you well enough, he can requisition something for you too.

Ganger's Quartermaster	Working primarily for the Blood Brothers, Lionel serves the gang as an acquisitions officer. He has plenty of ways to get his (or your) hands on any equipment one might need to make one's way on the mean streets of the sprawl.
Talismonger Connections	While not awakened himself, Lionel's understanding attitude towards the awakened has helped him ingratiate himself to the criminal talismongers that supply Seattle's gangs with foci and reagents. While his supply might dry up when the Blood Brothers are feuding a little too hard, he always knows a guy or gal who can handle some mojo for him.
They actually still owe me from last month...	Lionel, while set on his professional goals to the degree that any ganger can be, is a true student of the game of poker. Whether it be on the matrix or in a smoky room with armed guards, Lionel can go the distance. He often makes connections at these games with the types of people who'd play poker either on the 'trix or with a bunch of shady goons.
