Overview
An industrious Nartaki with his hands in many pies, Mr. Handy is always busy. Between kids, a wife, and numerous legitimate and illegitimate dealings, he's often glad to just take a load off. He feels responsible for what Green did to Dazzle, having failed to properly vet that run that started their career, and is therefor more inclined to go above and beyond for them
