Goals Long Term Goals: Locate Brother, or at least Cause of Death Short Term Goals: Initiate Background After a violent Awakening during puberty, which led to the death of his parents, Pyre and his brother were transferred to government care. Due to his status as Awakened, Pyre was given preferential treatment and put on the path to college, separated from his younger brother. Thanks to his natural aptitude, he was able to earn a scholarship for college from the Awakened World Research, a subsidiary of Saeder-Krupp. It was there he learned about varying magical traditions, finding his beliefs most closely resonated with chaos magic due to his history of travel and being exposed to different cultures. After Pyre finished his schooling, he set about looking for his brother, and ended up falling in with a Shadowrunner group while working a day job at a crematorium. It was this group that taught him to better hone his talents towards combat, and helped train the adept side of his magic. It would be several years before he managed to find enough success to leave his day job. After a run went particularly poorly, resulting in several deaths, Pyre ended up leaving his old city to head to Seattle for fresh opportunities. He was able to get in touch with Bianka Dreschler, who helped set him up and works with him due to their shared magical tradition, political beliefs, and being able to share a bit of German culture with one another. Now Pyre runs full time, trying to make ends meet as he works to further his arcane knowledge while working to locate his brother, or at least find out how his brother died if he no longer lives.
