Summary
A Texan go-ganger marksman turned runner after crossing the wrong cartel, losing most of his gang and his arm.

Background
Born in Brady, Texas, a smaller town close to the new Aztlan-CAS border to Daniel and Martha Werthmon, a park ranger to the local Brady Lake, and a florist respectively. Josh was brought up by both parents, in a loving, if modest family. His interest in the outdoors, wildlife and plants were nutured from a young age, from frequent trips with his father to his place of work. Unfortunately, in his late teens both of his parents died in a car accident.
This had him dropping out of schooling, and very quickly spiraled into the local go-gang, the 87th River-Rats. The proximity to the border lent the gang to drug running, with arms and the occasional unsanctioned border crossing if they managed to feel particularly brave. The more rural area of Brady lent itself to frequent crossings, which the gang made a point of intercepting, stealing drugs and weapons. Unfortunately, a cartel caught onto this, and sent a trapped shipment to be intercepted. Josh was nearby, when another ganger opened up the shipment, instantly killing several, and leaving Josh without an arm.
After being rushed to a hospital by gangers that remained upright, and left with more time to think, paranoia got the best of him, and he decided his best move was to head as far away from their influence as he thought he could, ending up in Seattle. His criminal nature quickly beckoning however, eventually running into Clint, getting a new arm, and an introduction to the shadows.

Appearance
An average height Texan, the drawl not at all hidden in his normal speech. His hair is kept to a short crew cut, and his face stays clean shaven.
His cybernetic right arm is a base coat of matte black, has a Texas flag at the shoulder and along the bicep is five small and simplistic open palm hands, the palms are run through by a single piece of barbed wire, clearly room left for more hands.
