Reginald is a Shifter who has become known in many academic circles for his work cataloguing the bizarre, dangerous, and alien in the sixth world. Once apart of a larger team of professionals, Reginald is the last, consolidating his teams resources to continue his teams work in there absence. Reginald has used modern technology to extend its life far past what it should have been for a dog, to continue to support this kind of work and always be there to accept his friends return with open doors.

He cannot find an item unless its at its highest rating, if one is available (Otherwise it must be rating 6+). He will also never find Consumable items (such as drugs, bullets, ect). Finally, if the item can have modifications, it must already have at least four when purchased from this contact.

Safe Travels	As one to has traveled much, Reginald is very skilled at smoothing pathways and providing transport. +2 for anything involving travel, and its facilitation. This includes extractions. Notably, he is a big fan of Airdrops when relevant.

I've Assembled a Team...	a Painstaking amount of time has been put into assembling a team of skilled professionals to work for Reginald, he does not hire new staff without BRUTAL background checks, and keeps all external help at arms reach. Failed Checks involving this contact never raise suspicion to anyone involved. This does not stop Glitches, It merely denies Reginald and his connections using him from being affected.
