Background
Born to one of the last of the Korean Kum-in after the purge, his father was butchered three days after his birth by Kum-in, and his mother was kidnapped and forced to work in a Bunraku parlor, leaving Kyung-moon to be raised by his grandmother. His childhood wasn't the worst, the local Jo-Pok gang left them alone, and he had a fairly uneventful up until his emergence, where, in a fit of power, he bricked his grandmother's pacemaker,
Soon, without his grandmother moving him around constantly, the Shotozumi-gumi found him, and he was kidnapped, and forced to become a Bunraku puppet alongside his mother. Wanting to make an example of someone who had evaded them for so long, they drilled his eardrums, so that he may never hear again. This lasted for several long years, with Squid waking up every morning to see his mother already working, the BTLs having poisoned her mind so long ago that she no longer even considered escape. Eventually, he finally did manage to escape, but not before his own mother warned the guards and he was almost recaptured.
Welcomed back into the Ring, Squid now helps run matrix operations for the Choson Ring's Casinos me but due to his overabundance of free time, shadowruns on the side, with a special liking for runs targeting the Shotozumi.

Appearance
A bit taller than average for an elf, though even lankier, Squid's head is topped with a shock of bleached hair, and his face as a few assorted tattoos and piercings. Though he's usually fairly covered up, he has several other tattoos over his body. His datajack is at the base of his skull, matte black in color, and he has a couple extendable antennae hidden behind his left ear.
Clothing
On the job, he rarely takes off his Berwick suit, but outside of that he dresses more along the lines of a punk, in an attempt to look less like a Stand Over man, and more like gutter trash.

At a quick glance he looks very similar to his regular appearance, but with close inspection his persona is made up of thousands of tiny cubes.
