Overview
former Aztec Priest who believed strongly that Aztechnology did NOT practice blood magic. His illusion was shattered when some runners found a blood ritual site underneath his temple. When it was discovered, he helped the runners against the blood mages and spirits. The runners helped him get a new place to live off the grid.
