Overview

Vinny "the Teeth" Voerman is the (in)famous owner, publisher, editor and photographer for none other than Urban Ganger Hunks Weekly. There's a lot of people out there that share his passion: The cataloguing and simping over of whatever handsome studs and lasses are currently prowling the streets of Seattle's worst neighborhoods. Ask him why, and he'll tell you that he's just enamored with how genuine it all is. As opposed to the corporate swill Horizon pushes out, with airbrushed photos and dietware and all that nonsense, the real world offers rugged beauty in the most unexpected places. While that might all sound like a loud of bulldrek that he pulls out to people who question him and his magazine, the black eyes, busted teeth, and other injuries he takes in his line of work suggest that he's as sincere as they come.

Traits

Vinny considers himself to be a gentleman, even though he does publish a rag that only the most niche interests in the sprawl respect. Though his entire operation is centered around risque photos of hot people living the rough gang lifestyle, he always strives to be courteous and pleasant to his muses - which is to say, he makes a conscious effort to not be as much of a complete creep as that job suggests.

His moniker comes from the fact that he has, on numerous occasions, had his teeth quite literally kicked in while asking for photo ops. At this point, it's a regular occurrence to see him wearing a set of braces, a splint to secure a busted jaw, a black eye, or similar injuries. But as long as he's fighting the manufactured personas the corporations offer in his own... special way, he's sticking to it, no matter the violence.

Why, his magazine is popular to some very influential types, he'll have you know! Vinny gets a +2 to networking tests when trying to get in contact with upper class folks; there's always an undeniable attraction to the darker sides of society when you've been fed pristine beauty standards your whole life.
Regular Reviewer On Help!	Vinny's been in and out of hospitals, dental offices, and biosculpting clinics enough times that he's got quite a web of contacts in the medical industry. He's also pretty solid when it comes to information about that sector in general; he always leaves comprehensive reviews on Help!, the foremost platform for complaining about your medical treatment on the Matrix. Vinny gains a +2 to networking and knowledge tests regarding the medical field, whether networking with doctors or information on where to go for the best service.
"I Read It For The Articles"	... because, actually, they're pretty good sometimes. Vinny isn't just here to gawk at attractive people, he's a serious journalist, damnit, and he's going to cover the underworld of the sprawl for better or worse. He gains a +2 to knowledge tests regarding the Seattle shadows.
The Wrong Side of the Tracks Is The Right Side For Him	Bad reputation? Got rumors floating around that you knee people in the skull if they look at you funny? Did people start backing away from you when they found out you put a flashbang grenade in someone's mouth? Don't worry about it - Vinny's been around the block more than a few times, and he's not squeamish so long as you're good-looking enough to overcome any fears he might have. Vinny reduces all notoriety penalties applied to his rolls by the Charisma of whoever's contacting him.
