Overview

This Whiteclay ork asks no unnecessary questions. He's a Cheyenne local, but the circumstances of poverty he was born in led him to the tribal mafia. Wapasha is worth knowing to anyone running in Cheyenne. One, he's a crackshot with all kinds of guns Remington produces. Two, his job as a smuggler helps him with not only rigging - he can sneak you in and out for a price - but also offers a number of street smarts if you ask him. He's an avid Urban Brawl fan - he roots for the Lakota Arrows and hates the Apache Mustangs with a passion. Because he wants to attend every match, buying him and a couple of friends tickets is a surefire way to get into his good graces.

Whiteclay Made Man	As a trusted Whiteclay mob member, Wapasha will not move against his syndicate knowingly.
Stealthy Smuggler	His main machine is a modded GMC Banshee, although he can and will fly, drive, sail - the only vehicle type he cannot use is spacecraft (and only because he hasn't gotten his grubby hands on one yet). Pilot, Navigation and Vehicle Stealth tests are done at +2.
Rugged Remington and Ruger	He's a crackshot with all kinds of guns Remington produces (+2 to specifically Remington longarms and the Ruger Super Warhawk).
Predator and Prey	To clarify, he's the predator, people he doesn't like - the prey. +2 to Sneaking, Athletics and Outdoors skill groups if in urban areas (GM discretion).
Cheyenne Blues	He's a Cheyenne boy. He hates the Council of Elders, but loves the rotten sprawl anyway. Knowledge skills related to it (like Area Knowledge, Sprawl Life or Bars and Clubs) and its criminal underbelly (so Underworld, Shadow Community, Gangs and Syndicates, provided your questions pertain to Cheyenne) are done at +2.
In the Family	Vetted and trusted, he can help you connect with the Whiteclay mob. Networking with other members is at +2.
We've Got to Stick Together	He believes in people like him - SINless or just low-earning SINners, outsiders and misfits, sticking together. When making a deal with No Boundaries Neighborhood or Anglo Town (where he's got relatives) locals, he's always treated with the attitude no worse than neutral and manages some discount or a piece of useful information.
Urban Brawl Lover	If there's something he doesn't know about the sport, it's simply not worth knowing. He's known among the Lakota Arrows hooligans and networks with them with a +2 bonus. Sports, especially the Urban Brawl spec, knowledge skill tests are at +2 as well.
