Black Crysthanium Da Jie--a Red Pole-- in Hong Kong. Primarily deals in corporate espionage, BTLs, Drugs, and Prostitution, with a healthy dose of assassinations. A charming, but absolutely viscous woman that does not tolerate fools or failures.

GM Notes

• Absolutely cutthroat and viscous in business. No free lunches. Even if the deal help her, she will still angle for the players to appease her. Deals tend to be skewed against the players unless they are iron-clad negotiators.
• Meeting Xiaomei directly is impossible, especially for players using "I know a guy..." It is more likely she uses one of her "little sisters" woman she trusts to speak and act in her best interests.
• So far, the only named "little sister" is Yu-Wei, A professional Mahjong player. Suffice to say, Xiaomei has little sisters in almost every form of entertainment and vice.
