Overview

Owner of the Golden Horizon, a relatively nice bar for the crappy neighborhood it's in, and most notable for the lack of barfights breaking out among gangers and other rough and tumble types. THE go-to place to get a game of cards going, where you're just as likely to play with Zero as not.

Maintains relatively close ties with the Yakuza in Seattle and San Francisco, but doesn't work exclusively for them, either.

Aspect	Description
Yakuza Infobroker	Has a good knowledge of Seattle Yak and broader Yak culture in general, knows who the players are and what their business interests involve. He even has a friendly relationship with active Yakuza and regularly does business with them.
Gear Acquisition	Zero Chill has a knack for sniffing out deals, his bar is a known meeting spot for buying, selling, and trading gear, and he can usually get his hands on something or will at least know someone who can.
Matrix Fixer	While not an active Decker himself, Zero Chill has initiated himself with several Data Havens in his role as a Matrix Fixer. His bar is a known decker hang out and a trading post for Decks, Mods, and Programs that the Corps would very much like not to be distributed to the Shadow communities.
Drug Dealer	Zero Chill runs a nice bar in a rundown part of town, how does he pay for this? Drugs of course! He has ties to the Yakuza and frequently solicits illegal street drugs and BTL's from his contacts and sells them using his bar as a front. Through these contacts he can regularly acquire performance enhancing drugs as well for his more particular clientele.
Go-Ganger	If there's one thing that Zero Chill loves more than rice rockets, it's modded rice rockets. While not a rigger himself he often has a selection of specialised motorcycles and mods, and the contacts to fit them, for a price. He's more likely to respect a new "friend" if they arrive on a flashing neon bike. But he will struggle to turn the conversation away from the latest muffler noise boosts to actual business if so.
Girls, Girls, Girls	Zero has a number of working girls on the books, he's not strictly their pimp more their fixer. But he has access to a variety of prostitutes and Bunraku that can provide services to his clients. These girls act independently for the most part and Zero will take a cut of their profits as a finders fee.
Gambling Debts	Zero has a gambling problem, far beyond just owing a few customers some money he's deep in debt to the Yakuza and potentially more unsavoury characters. He can barely afford the juice on these debts and often demands payment from runners, or he will offer up need-to-know information about Runners, and the runs they are on, to his loan sharks in order to buy himself some time.
