Overview

Clubs which don't have bias are few and far between in Cheyenne, but Zonta's Dancing Maid is a proud exception. Located in the No Boundaries Neighborhood, the furnishings are nothing extraordinary, just decor like three dozen tables, a bar with licenced alcohol and tobacco, bar games and a modest dancefloor, but the kicker for runners is the availability of seven private booths and a couple apartments for rental upstairs. Zonta, a cheerful Sioux shaman and aspected sorceress, isn't biased against Anglos or any specific tribe, instead cheerfully profit-oriented, so you are a valued customer as long as you pay.

Beleaguered Businesswoman	Lodgings. Food. Entertainment. Those damn Sioux supremacists trying to shoot the place again. Unbiased business is tough in Cheyenne. When you try to contact Zonta, the GM rolls a 1D6 in secret. On a 1 or 2, she can't immediately answer and will call back in 1D6 x 15 minutes.
Sioux Shaman Sorceress	She's an initiated aspected sorceress of the Sioux tradition (MAG 6, IG3: Masking, Extended Masking, Centering through songs in Sioux). She can offer magical healing, for example.
Coyote Follower	She's a follower of the Coyote mentor spirit (SFCC p. 24), enjoying +2 to Con, +1 to Illusion and Manipulation spells, although she needs to roll 4+ on Composure not to abandon a plan involving head-on attacks or brute-force methods.
The Proprietor	Running the Dancing Maid offers both short-term (hours) and longer-term (days, less than a month, usually) privacy for runners, including amenities you would expect from a hostel - if a hostel avoided windows in the rooms to be friendly to shadowy folks.
I Know a Guy (Lots, Actually)	She has a knack for memorizing faces and helping you expand your base of contacts.
Cheyenne Blues	Zonta is a Cheyenne girl. She hates the Council of Elders, but loves the rotten sprawl anyway. Knowledge skills related to it (like Area Knowledge, Sprawl Life or Bars and Clubs) and its criminal underbelly (so Underworld, Shadow Community, Gangs and Syndicates, provided your questions pertain to Cheyenne) are done at +2.
We've Got to Stick Together	She believes in people like her - SINless or just low-earning SINners, outsiders and misfits, sticking together. When making a deal with No Boundaries Neighborhood or Anglo Town (where she's got relatives) locals, she's always treated with the attitude no worse than neutral and manages some discount or a piece of useful information.
