Overview
Theodore isn't particularly forthcoming about how and why he is involved with the Yoshinaga clan. What is known is that he was not aligned with any major gang, nor was he in trouble with them. Aside from that, Theodore has Yoshinaga Chikara's ear regarding intelligence and keeps an ear to the ground regarding Open Source Intelligence, as well as anything else he can dig up.
GM Note: Theodore hates being referred to as 'Ted' considering the name disrespectful. If runners call him Ted while asking him for a favor, he will hang up. He will answer if they call back, and will help them if they apologize. If a runner *must* shorten his name, he greatly prefers Theo.
