Alexi Edgal was born to be a worker at NeoNet, hiding his connection to the resonance, but otherwise being a loyal worker and student...
NeoNet is not a company that exists today.
In the break-up of NeoNet, the department in which he worked got transferred over to Erika, however in the chaos of such a legal transfer, the position in which he worked ended up in a system void, with a lack of supervision that he even worked there.
Due to not being assigned to work in the confusion of the system, he ended up having to find funds elsewhere, not daring to notify any superiors out of fear of getting fired, he decided to make a name for himself before making contact in the hopes of having a possible career path instead of getting fired. So, after a long time of earning trust, he ended up joining shadowhaven.
