Bandido de la Basura is a Raccoon Shaman and a hispanic brujo. Don't get him confused with those Aztlan mages though, Bandido practices proper shamanism. He is a member of the Cutters and a street thug who came up in the barrens of Redmond. He knows how to survive on the streets, and he knows how to keep his hermanos alive as well.
 
Bandido offers magical support to his gang, though perhaps he leaves something to be desired when it comes to offering spiritual guidance. He also provides a variety of street medicines from the comfort of his casa, mostly to Cutters but he is happy to take anyone's nuyen.
