He had finally obtained everything that he had been working towards his entire life - including the enchanted scalpel that marked him as one of the few that could develop and install deltaware grade bioware. But he made a grave mistake - he caught the attention of a man trying to keep himself relevant. | |||

It is through his efforts also that implant repossession catches on - it doesn’t take the megacorps long to seize this idea and push it through as it is in all their best interests. Fiengold also overhauls the Red Star Clinic personnel, creating accidents and twisting circumstances to disgrace some of the most brilliant minds in ‘ware research and genetic augmentations. Fiengold then offers to help these poor unfortunate souls in return for them working for Red Star and moonlighting as off the books repossession men. | |||
